Returns & Refunds

If something is not right, we will make it right. Here is how returns work.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo the same day and we will ship a replacement immediately.

Rentals

If you placed a rental order, and still did not pay your 50% down payment, we can cancel your order at any point, no questions asked. However, if you paid the 50%, and want to cancel, then we can't refund that amount because we start production as soon as the down payment is made, and the resources would already be used. The security deposit is refunded in full though.
